After the opening session at the Wyndham City Centre with speakers and updated on issues important to the restaurant, hotel, and tourism industries, the day will conclude with an evening reception with legislators at The Sangamo Club.

The following day, Wednesday, March 13, our delegation will meet with leaders in the General Assembly throughout the morning and early afternoon.

Please complete the registration form today and plan on attending 2019 Springfield Lobby Day. It is important that we have a large delegation of IRA members to meet legislators and educate elected officials about the importance of our industry. This event is one of the most important things we do as an Association.

Everyone is responsible for their own travel plans and hotel accommodations. The IRA has reserved a room block at the Abraham Lincoln Springfield DoubleTree Hotel for Tuesday, March 12. Single and Double rooms will be available for $119 by calling (217) 544-8800. Please reserve your room as soon as possible to lock in this rate.

After you submit the below registration form, you will be taken to a check out page to complete a $100 Lobby Day registration fee payment. This payment is used for the conference room rental, lunch buffet, and cocktail reception.
