Carnival on the Course What a ride! Our 2025 Illinois Restaurant Association Golf Classic, Carnival on the Course presented by Jose Cuervo Devil’s Reserve and DoorDash , was a fun-filled day for all. Over 300 golfers enjoyed 18 holes of golf along with an abundant selection of beverages, including specialty cocktails, plus delicious food all day while participating in a variety of carnival worthy games, including a dunk tank featuring our very own President & CEO, Sam Toia and Golf Committee Chairman for Life, Steven Hartenstein.
