Korina Sanchez is a seasoned entrepreneur, that has experience serving across roles as a corporate and regulatory attorney.

Korina is Vice President and General Counsel of Third Coast Hospitality. She plays a pivotal role in managing the Chicago-based restaurant group. Her leadership encompasses a diverse portfolio of popular establishments including, Moe’s Cantina, Old Crow Smokehouse, Treehouse Chicago, Tunnel, and La Luna. Beyond legal purview, Korina oversees all facets of the business including daily operations and business development and expansion.

Korina serves on the board of the Illinois Restaurant Association, the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the board president of Latinos Progresando. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois.
