Heather Bublick
Heather Bublick has always been drawn to the art of hospitality and the power of a great meal. With a degree in nonfiction and creative writing, she initially set out to be a food writer—but her hands-on experiences in the industry led her down a different path. While attending culinary school at Kendall College, Heather interned at the boundary pushing Moto, where she discovered her passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences. It was there that she met her future business partner and Soul & Smoke co founder, Chef D’Andre Carter. |
