Adam Gewanter Adam’s longstanding career with Tao Group Hospitality is one of dedication. He began his journey in 2001 as the Floor Manager of Rue 57 in New York City. After a move to TAO Uptown, he returned to Rue 57 as the Assistant General Manager. He was promoted to General Manager in just six months. He spent the next years in Las Vegas as the Director of Operations and Managing Partner of Restaurants. During his time there, he oversaw the opening of Beauty & Essex Las Vegas. In 2018, he moved to Chicago, Illinois to open TAO Chicago Restaurant & Nightclub. In 2021, he was promoted and now currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Las Vegas Restaurants & Chicago Operations. Adam graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Although he splits his time between cities, Adam currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. He shares two daughters – Olivia and Rose – with his wife Tara. He is deeply passionate about charitable efforts and sits on the board of the American Cancer Society. |
