Pecking Order

In mid June, 2012, Kristine Subido opened her first restaurant: Pecking Order, after a decade behind the stoves at the W Lakeshore’s WAVE. As Subido herself refers to her little storefront as a “chicken shack,” at Clark and Montrose, Pecking Order has exploded on to the Chicago food scene, fast developing a reputation for chicken every which way: grilled, roasted, or friend.
