This year's 44th Annual Chef's Table event presented by Sysco and 8 Hospitality celebrated a throwback to the Groovy 70’s. The event, held at Theater On The Lake Thursday, April 20, welcomed tasting stations from more than 25+ restaurants from every corner of Chicago. The annual celebration honors the foodservice industry while raising funds that benefit the IRA Educational Foundation. Funds from Chef's Table support our student culinary program ProStart®, and scholarships for our future industry stars to assist them with their post-secondary education. Through the efforts and generous contributions of restaurateurs, suppliers, and other organizations throughout the country, more than $3.2 million has been awarded to culinary students to date.
