This year's 41th Annual Chef's Table event presented by Sysco – Chicago and the National Restaurant Association celebrated a throwback to the totally tubular Awesome 80’s. The event, held at Morgan MFG Friday, November 2, welcomed more than 650 food service professionals in support of the IRA Educational Foundation and ProStart® programs. A night of gnarly beats and culinary treats showcased some of Chicago's most renowned restaurants. Thank you to all our attendees, restaurants, and mixologists, and a special thank you to Chef's Table Committee Chair Sam Sanchez and his hardworking committee for putting on an incredible evening for the future leaders of the hospitality industry.
