Sam Toia on Chicago Gourmet 2019, Proposed $15 and Tip Credit Elimination Ordinance

Earlier this week, IRA President & CEO Sam Toia joined Rick Pearson on the WGN Sunday Spin radio show to discuss Bon Appétit presents Chicago Gourmet, coming to Millennium Park this weekend. 

Sam and Rick also discussed the state of the restaurant industry in Chicago and Illinois, and the proposed ordinance that would raise the minimum wage to $15 by 2021 and eliminate the tip credit.
