Sam Toia on Chicago Gourmet 2018, Proposed Restrictive Scheduling Ordinance

Earlier this week, IRA President & CEO Sam Toia joined Rick Pearson on the WGN Sunday Spin radio show to discuss Bon Appétit presents Chicago Gourmet, coming to Millennium Park this weekend. 

Sam and Rick also discussed the state of the restaurant industry in Chicago, and a proposal in the Chicago City Council that would place a series of mandates on employers' scheduling practices, which would devastate a broad spectrum of industries that drive Chicago's economy.
