IRA President & CEO Sam Toia on Plastic Straw Bans

IRA President & CEO Sam Toia shared his insights on proposed legislation in various municipalities around the country that would ban plastic straws with Block Club Chicago.

Sam explained that "any proposed regulations on plastic straws should be fully cognizant of customer requests, drive-thru areas, the medical necessity of straws, and other considerations."
