Friday, December 1, 2017

After December 1, there may be unsold product in restaurants on which tax was previously remitted to distributors. Both distributors and retailers may request a credit or refund.
Refund procedures vary depending on if a retailer remitted the tax to distributors, remitted the floor tax, and other scenarios.
