IRA Board Member Carmen Rossi Talks Tips for Success with Entrepreneur

Entrepreneur recently featured IRA Board and Finance Committee member Carmen Rossi, owner 8 Hospitality Company (Hubbard Inn, Joy District, HVAC Pub, others), highlighting Carmen's biggest pieces of advice for success in the hospitality industry.

Carmen stresses the importance of "moving past the fear" and getting actively involved in government instead of just complaining about it. "You see a lot of entrepreneurs and businesses trying to find ways to shortchange the government," said Rossi, "but I have found that the more I can get involved and make a difference in the local government is where the real change and success lies."
