IRA Chairman Jim Kallas, Division President of Eurest: A Division of Compass Group, was quoted in a DNAInfo feature on Forum 55, Chicago's newest morning, lunch, and midday food hall and marketplace just opened at 55 W. Monroe. Eurest Dining will operate Forum 55.
