*UPDATED EMPLOYER NOTICES* Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave in Chicago, Cook County

Employers are required to post notices of several local, state, and federal laws in a conspicuous location in their place of business. Employers must post updated notices for several new laws in the City of Chicago and Cook County, including:

• City of Chicago Minimum Wage
  • $11/hour for nontipped employees
  • $6.10/hour for tipped employees
• City of Chicago Paid Sick Leave
• Cook County Minimum Wage
  • $10/hour for nontipped employees
  • $4.95/hour for tipped employees (tied to Illinois' minimum wage)
• Cook County Paid Sick Leave
