IRA in U.S. News & World Report: Reasonable Min Wage Increase Possible, Must Consider Job Losses

U.S. World & News Report covered various proposals to raise the minimum wage to $15 in the state of Illinois. The report covers the IRA's position that there should be a reasonable, gradual increase to the minimum wage throughout the state, but that a $15 entry level wage would lead to job losses across several industries, and give neighboring Indiana and Wisconsin a 107% labor cost advantage over Illinois.
