IRA Member Chefs Dazzle at "Evening In Bloom" Benefiting IRAEF

Fleurotica, a floral fashion show created by the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance, made its Chicago Flower & Garden Show debut March 17 during the opening night gala, "Evening in Bloom."

Several IRA member chefs participated in the event, where a portion of the proceeds benefited the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation
