Crains: Restaurants, Groceries Close for Immigration Strike

IRA President & CEO Sam Toia spoke with Crains Chicago on "A Day Without Immigrants", where he affirmed that immigrants have always been the backbone of the hospitality industry, and that the industry will continue to accept employees and guests from all backgrounds and cultures.
