Crains Chicago met with the Illinois Restaurant Association, State Representative Sara Feigenholtz, and restaurateurs that advocated for the passage of the Culinary and Hospitality Modernization Act last year. Happy hour has been back in Illinois for one year, and we're still celebrating!
