The Illinois Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Alcohol Training Program is a one-day certification class designed to train participants to serve alcohol responsibly and legally. The training highlights how to help patrons avoid over-indulging and how to identify behavior clues regarding over-served patrons, and offers alternatives and intervention. This program is certified and licensed by the Illinois Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, and fulfills all state and local B.A.S.S.E.T. training requirements.
