SERVSAFE ALCOHOL/BASSET CERTIFICATION

Illinois law requires alcohol servers, and those checking ID’s for alcohol service at on-premise retail establishments, to successfully complete a Beverage Alcohol Sellers/Servers Education & Training (BASSET) certification class every three years. 

BASSET Certification is currently mandated statewide in Illinois.  

The Illinois Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Alcohol/BASSET certification classes are approved by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission for BASSET certification in Illinois and are available in a classroom or online setting as indicated below.  

CLASSROOM TRAINING
