On Tuesday, September 6, IRA President & CEO Sam Toia moderated a City Club of Chicago panel luncheon focused on Chicago Gourmet and the renowned culinary scene of Chicago. Chicago Gourmet Host Chef Rick Bayless, Master Sommelier Serafin Alvarado of Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, and Kevin Boehm of Boka Restaurant Group shared their unique insights into the nation's premier food and wine festival, and what makes Chicago a culinary capital of the United States.
