| 1. Annual Food Establishment HACCP Training and Food Operator Meeting
All Category I and II food establishments in substantial compliance, with No Repeat Violations – 4 or 5 in points in 2015, WILL RECEIVE CREDIT FOR A FULL INSPECTION
All operators are encouraged to attend and offer questions, comments or suggestions regarding the food program.
