This year's 45th Annual Chef's Table event presented by Sysco and 8 Hospitality. The event took place at Theater on the Lake on Thursday, April 18, with more than 20 tasting stations from restaurants throughout Chicago. The night lit up at this year's Neon Jungle themed event to celebrate and honor the foodservice industry while raising funds that benefit the IRA Educational Foundation.
Funds from Chef's Table support our student culinary program, ProStart®, and scholarships for our future industry stars to assist them with their post-secondary education. Through the efforts and generous contributions of restaurateurs, suppliers, and other organizations throughout the country, more than $3.3 million has been awarded to culinary students to date.
