Sous Chef, Alvaro Zamudio of Kinzie Chophouse joined the team in 1991. With over 25 years in the culinary arena; he also has a background in Italian, American and Mexican cuisines. Kinzie Chophouse is celebrated  for their extensive steak selections and personalized steak customization! Many cuts featured at Kinzie Chophouse are exclusive to the boutique style steakhouse, which adds to its unique and authentic feel. The creative and hearty menu doesn’t stop there, with an array of seafood, pasta and specialty items – Kinzie truly sets the standard in Chicago dining! Alvaro is the creative mind and spirit in the Kinzie kitchen! Every day he mixes up innovative specials featured at both lunch and dinner.
