Svetlana Riskova


Professional career started in 1995 as chef de parte in restaurant “Columbine” of the 4 star hotel “Metropole” in Riga, continued as the head chef of the “Latvian National Opera Cafe” in 1999 and confectioner chef of the fish restaurant “Skonto” in 2000. In 2000 was chef de parte in “Steak and chowder house” in Wildwood, NJ, USA. Upon return worked as an executive chef in a number of restaurants in Riga. In 2005-2008 was executive chef of restaurant “Bestsellers” of “Albert Hotel” (Legend Hotels Chain) in Riga, followed by restaurant “zila govs” and from 2010 executive chef of restaurant “Elements” in 4 star “Tallink” Hotel Riga.
