Sushi Chef Puje immigrated from Asia to the United States a decade ago in pursuit of opportunity. His travels took him to Ukranian Village’s Bob-San where he began as a Sushi Helper. Meanwhile, Puje would spend his time away from the restaurant learning English and preparing for business school. Working closely with the Chef, Puje found inspiration in the pride his Chef took to create and satisfy their guest’s needs. Puje continued his pursuit of sushi perfection at Tokyo Catering, designing demonstrations and sushi stations for special events. Chef Puje joined Jellyfish as part of the opening team and has been working tirelessly with his team to deliver unique and unforgettable dining experiences for guests at the sushi bar and dining room.
