The 28th Anniversary of The James Beard Awards, commonly known as the "Oscars of the Food Industry," are coming to the Lyric Opera of Chicago for the fourth consecutive year on Monday, May 7.

Leading up to the awards, over 100 restaurants will be participating in James Beard Eats Week. From April 27 through May 7, these restaurants will be featuring a special dish or full menu inspired by James Beard.
