2017 Chef's Table

 This year's 40th Annual Chef's Table event presented by Old Crow Smokehouse and Sysco - Chicago celebrated the disco era with a throwback to Studio 54.  The event was held at Morgan MFG on Friday, November 3. A night of disco beats and culinary treats helped to showcase some of Chicago's most renowned restaurants.  The evening welcomed over 650 food service professionals in support of the IRA Educational Foundation and ProStart® programs.

Thank you to all our attendees, restaurants, and mixologists, and a special thank you to Chef's Table Committee Chair Sam Sanchez and his hardworking committee for putting on an incredible evening for the future leaders of the hospitality industry.
