La Table de Lachassagne
In Febuary 2012, Anthony Fusco became the youngest Michelin Guide rated chef in Rhône. After working for several restaurants in Lyon, Anthony created his own restaurant, “La Table de Lachassagne,” in 2009, with his wife Maëva. Inspired by a unique, natural setting, he is dedicated to using exceptional products to make his dishes perfect. His macaron was rewarded in 2012 by the Michelin Guide. Anthony Fusco is a member of the “Toques Blanches Lyonnaises”, an association of cooks working toward the promotion of local products and regional gastronomy.
