Illinois Restaurant Association provides tips for restaurateurs to take 2015 by storm
(CHICAGO, IL – January 26, 2015) – The inevitable post-holiday penny-pinching and polar vortexes of first quarter tend to leave Illinois restaurants out in the cold during the winter months. Despite a cautious, post-recession outlook, a recent survey conducted by the National Restaurant Association found that consumers are optimistic about improved economic situations in 2015, and indicated a continued upward trend in restaurant industry sales.
