The IRA Communications Department's primary purpose is to assist the president, chairperson and all IRA departments to effectively present and promote the Association’s programs, accomplishments, and positions to our members, the restaurant industry, government officials, sponsors, and the media. This is achieved through the publication of our quarterly magazine Seasonings®, and our other communication pieces, the Legislative Report, the web site, and an on-going public relations campaign to the industry and the general public.

Seasonings®, The Official Magazine of the Illinois Restaurant Association is a quarterly publication that reports on legislative and educational issues, gives full coverage of recent IRA events and informs the membership of the Association’s resources, special programs and membership benefits designed for them.
MEMBERS' BRIEFS
Members’ Briefs is the IRA’s monthly fax/email news update, which provides our members with important reminders, grassroots campaigns, legislative updates, upcoming events and dates to remember.
